Why Genesys? I loved being a base student here; my Family medicine rotations with this team was some of the best experiences I’ve had! I truly felt like an integral part of the care team even as a medical student. The residents and attendings I worked with, whether in the hospital or on the streets in Flint as part of Spartan Street Medicine were genuine, compassionate and strived to help us become better future providers. This is THE team to train with; they will be there to support you through the ups and downs, they welcome and care about your families, and they emphasize teamwork.
